Shipping policy

All products eligible for shipping are shipped via the USPS method selected at checkout unless otherwise noted. Digital products will have no physical item shipped, those items are delivered electronically via email to the email address provided at checkout.

Most products in our shop are handmade/made-to-order and require production time upon ordering. Made-to-order items typically ship within 7-14 business days once your order has been received. Watercolor Home Portraits typically ship within 3-4 weeks after receiving photos (instructions on this are provided upon ordering).

Some products utilize a 3rd party for production (ex. printers for invitations). Estimated turnaround times are discussed with you during the quote process.
